So I am writing this as Victoria, Australia, has just been told we are going into a five day lockdown. We have done this before for extended periods of time and no-one is looking toward to the next few days.

I also know that there are many parts of the world where COVID 19 and its implications are still having even greater impact on people’s lives.

And when lockdowns happen and restrictions change, I know that all the mums get to work making sure their family is organised and OK. We can hold so much tension in our body.
