Getting what you need during COVID-19

How can you get what you need when COVID-19 is stripping away any village you still had? 

The current times are really hard, especially for new mums. We know what newborn mothers need in order to recover well and it is so dependent on having a village who can step up and support us. But it was already difficult to access these supports and that village before restrictions and physical distancing came along.

I share some creative ideas for working out what these things mean to you, and finding ways to make sure you can have these needs met during COVID-19. There are tips for newborn mothers, but really it is relevant for any mother who is struggling and needing some nourishment at this time.
