Life’s transitions can invite us to question who we are, what matters to us and how we want to move through the next season of our lives. They can also leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, uncertain about our bodies or overwhelmed by the changes we are navigating.
Whether you are exploring your menstrual cycle, preparing for conception, moving through pregnancy, recovering after birth, navigating motherhood or simply sensing that life no longer feels aligned, you deserve space to pause and reconnect with yourself.
While we may not be returning to the traditional villages and communities that once held women through life’s rites of passage, there are many ways to create spaces of reflection, nourishment and meaningful support. Sometimes what we need most is someone to walk alongside us as we make sense of our experiences, reconnect with our bodies and discover what feels true for us.
If you live outside Australia, I offer online guidance and mentoring informed by my experience as an occupational therapist specialising in women’s health, pelvic health, mental health and embodied care. These sessions are educational and reflective in nature, helping you better understand yourself, your body and the transitions you are navigating.
Together, we might explore:
- Understanding the physical, emotional and identity changes that accompany life’s transitions.
- Creating meaningful rhythms, routines and rituals that support your wellbeing.
- Reconnecting with your body and learning to listen to its wisdom.
- Making sense of overwhelm, competing parts of yourself and the challenges you are experiencing.
- Preparing for conception, pregnancy, birth or postpartum with greater confidence and intention.
- Exploring ways to nourish yourself while caring for others.
- Understanding how your everyday habits, roles and environment influence your wellbeing.
- Finding greater clarity, confidence and connection as you move through life’s transitions.
These sessions are conversational, personalised and grounded in compassion and curiosity. They are an opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself in a way that honours your unique story and circumstances.
Please note: These sessions are not occupational therapy, healthcare or mental health treatment. They are intended for women living outside Australia who are seeking education, guidance and mentoring informed by my professional knowledge and lived experience. If you are looking for occupational therapy services, these are available for clients located within Australia.
