A gift for you: a mindfulness meditation to help you feel grounded and connected

Are you feeling a bit overwhelmed, isolated and disconnected?

As something a bit different this month, I have recorded a mindfulness meditation that will connect you to your body and pelvic bowl. This is an opportunity to take some time to nourish yourself as you navigate the crazy times around us.
