This is a no obligation opportunity for us to talk about what is happening for you and the challenges you face. During the call we will discuss what I have to offer and give you some information about approaches or strategies that I use. We can work out if we are a good match for working together and discuss what this might look like. You then decide if you would like to follow through with an initial appointment.
An Initial Appointment
Ready to start working with me? Book your first appointment now and let’s start exploring you and the various aspects of your mothering and wellbeing. Prior to this appointment I will send you a clarity questionnaire so I have some information about you and what you want to achieve by working together. This allows me to have relevant resources ready and maximise what we can achieve during this appointment.
During the first session we will explore where things are working well and what areas you would like to work on. We will set goals and develop a plan for working toward them. We will start to implement these strategies and I will provide resources to help you do this.
Appointments can be booked individually as you require them, or speak to me about session packages.
How long is an appointment? All sessions are either one or one-and-a-half hours long. One hour initial sessions are often more appropriate for mental health strategy focused appointments, while sessions focused on pelvic health or menstrual cycles are typically one and a half hours.
Where do appointments occur? My work predominantly occurs in the online space – this includes support that is focused on the body and stories that are held in the pelvic space. Walking sessions in the local area are also available – come by yourself or bring kids in a pram with park stops if needed. Face to face sessions are available in Research (outer north east Melbourne) or Wollongong.
